Joining is easy: in short, you need to send the registration form to one of the committee and we will send you the standing order request form for you to complete and send on to your bank. OUTLINE INFORMATION ABOUT THE 100 CLUB
• The Ottershaw Village Hall ‘100 Club’ has been set up to raise funds for the
refurbishment of Ottershaw Village Hall.
• To join the 100 Club members pay a monthly subscription of £5 to purchase one
number between 1 and 100.
• All numbers purchased will be entered into a monthly prize draw. Assuming 100
members, this draw will be for one prize of £100 each month and two prizes of
£50 each month. Prize money will be adjusted pro rata to the actual number of
members.
• 60% of the subscriptions will be used for the refurbishment of Ottershaw Village
Hall.
• The draw will take place on the nearest Saturday to the 21st of each month at
Coopers Newsagent, Ottershaw. Winners will be notified and the winning numbers
will also be displayed in Coopers Newsagent and in the Village Hall.

Ottershaw Village Hall 100 Club Rules
1. Individual numbers between 1 and 100 may be purchased for a subscription of
£5.00 per number per month. If all 100 numbers are sold, further numbers will be
made available.
2. Club members may purchase as many numbers as they wish.
3. Numbers will be allocated on receipt of a completed Registration Form Payment
will be made by a monthly Standing Order.
4. Members must be aged 16 or over.
5. The draw will take place on the nearest Saturday to the 21st of each month at
Coopers Newsagent, Ottershaw. The draw will be made by a member of the public
under the supervision of a member of the Ottershaw Village Hall Management
Committee.
6. Assuming 100 members, the draw will be for one prize of £100 each month and
two prizes of £50 each month. If there are more than or fewer than 100 members,
all prize money will be adjusted pro rata to the number of members. The prize
money will be 40% of the subscriptions. All money raised will be used for the
refurbishment of Ottershaw Village Hall.
7. Only those numbers paid by the tenth of the month will be entered for the draw.
8. If a number is drawn for which payment has not been received for any reason,
the holder of that number will not be eligible to claim the prize. An alternative
number will be drawn.
9. Prize money will be paid by the end of the month in which the draw takes place
and will be delivered to the winners by hand or posted to the address given on the
registration form.
10. The winning numbers will be displayed in Coopers Newsagent, Ottershaw and in
the Village Hall after each draw.
11. These rules may be amended by the committee of Ottershaw Village Hall and
members will be duly notified at the AGM.
